About Peter Sciaky

Peter Sciaky is the owner of Affordable Writing and Editing Services, and is its principle writer and editor.

He was trained as a scientist and is still active as a geologic consultant. Having worked up through the ranks, he has been, at one time or another, a Chief Geologist, Vice President and President of various small companies. As such, Peter has had a long career writing scientific reports, business documents and financial papers.

Peter has always loved writing and in the late 1980s he began to get serious about it. His non-fiction articles have been published nationally. Fiction has always been his great love, but the fiction publishing market has always been a tough nut to crack.

Affordable Writing and Editing Services began as a résumé service in the 1990s but has grown to include other types of writing and editing projects. By now, Peter has written several hundred résumés, business plans and pro forma reports.

Peter believes it is vital to stay current in this important service area; to that end, he regularly reviews topical Web sites and reads articles by others in the financial and business world.
